Stakeholder Centred Coaching is Not Like Traditional Coaching
By it’s name, stakeholder centred coaching is a system which helps the leader consistently learn from those around them, about behavioural change’s they will need to consider, to succeed.
Given the nature of SCC, the leader requires three qualities to benefit from the SCC approach - discipline, courage and humility.
It is not the right approach for everyone.
Ultimately it is for leaders who are very successful, and will look for an edge, using their own stakeholders to continue that growth.
